All sales are final as each cable is custom made to order!
Blue Collar Cables strives to provide you the highest quality cables with an outstanding buying experience. All of our cables are thoroughly tested and the custom personalization printing is quality assured before they are shipped, however sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If your Blue Collar Cables arrive damaged, non-functioning or were printed incorrectly, we will gladly exchange them or give you a full refund of the purchase price 14 days from the original shipment date. Items being returned must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the original shipment date. After the 14 day return period, we may offer store credit or exchanges at our discretion. All refunds and exchanges are contingent upon the inspection of the items once we receive them.
Your product must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Product was purchased new from www.bluecollarcables.com
- Product has no signs of use or wear
- Product was returned with original packaging and sales receipt (email confirmation of order is acceptable)
- Customer Service was contacted and provided authorization to accept item to be returned or exchanged
Reasons your product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Your cable was not purchased directly from www.bluecollarcables.com
- Signs of use or wear
- Original packaging was not used to return item or no sales receipt was provided
- You did not receive prior authorization from Customer Service
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service immediately. Only items with prior approval from Customer Service will be eligible for an exchange or refund. Items returned to us without prior approval from Customer Service are not eligible for a refund.
