File Formats & Max. File Size

We accept PDF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI files. The maximum allowed file size is 64 MB. If your file is larger than 64 MB. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Artwork Requirements

In order to provide you with the highest quality of printing, we require the highest quality image you can provide us with a minimum of 300 dpi. Low quality images (200 dpi and below) will result in pixelated or blurry images when printed.

Image Color

Two Color Format - Black and White Only! We use a single color print system and therefore require all provided images to be submitted in black and white (no greyscale). The black portion of your image will be replaced with your selected print color.

Element Sizes

Since cables vary in size, the printable area of a cable also varies. Please refer to the print size guide below to find the maximum print size for your cable. We recommend to keep the text at 8pt and thin lines at 0.5pt to avoid problems during printing.

What if we find a problem with your artwork?

On rare occasions, we find issues in your files that require further input from you. In such cases, our experts will contact you via email to work with you on a resolution.

Do you correct spelling errors in my artwork?

No. We do not change text or art. We only fix print-related technical issues found in your file.
