Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Blue Collar Cables carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship. If the failure of your cable assembly is due to workmanship or a parts failure, Blue Collar cables will repair or replace the cable at no charge. This warranty excludes any and all incidental and consequential damage. Certain states prohibit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply in some cases. Any and all warranty service will be provided at our discretion after visual and electrical inspection. All warranty requests must be accompanied by the the original sales receipt.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty will not cover failures that are due to accidents, misuse, contact with solvents or chemicals, any failure cause by other audio equipment, any defects resulting from normal wear and tear, or any damages incurred during shipping. Any alterations or unauthorized repairs will void this warranty.

To obtain warranty service please contact Customer Service immediately. Only items with prior approval from Customer Service will be eligible for warranty service. Items returned to us without prior approval from Customer Service are not eligible for warranty service. Shipping charges to Blue Collar Cables are the responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping of the warranty repair or replacement product to the purchaser will be provided by Blue Collar Cables at no charge. If your cable is sent to Blue Collar Cables without prior authorization from Customer Service, your item will be returned and shipping
charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
